Light Healing Touch is an energy therapy that uses light touch or close-to-the-body touch to support and facilitate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. During the session we work with your chakras to restore balance to the body. We are much more than a physical body and Light Healing Touch takes into account the life force within. During the session we work on different layers of energy and being. It's incredibly relaxing and nurturing. Oftentimes emotions are released or clients feel a sense of calm wash over them. Every experience is different. You will relax on a heated massage table for the entire session, with soft music playing and essential oils diffusing to further calm the nervous system.
